COVID-19 brought many changes to how we live our lives.  Many people are still feeling overwhelmed, confused, fearful, alone, and uncertain.  On top of those feelings, they are trying to cope with financial difficulties and scheduling challenges.  The regular, every day, life challenges are still happening too.  Personality clashes at work, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, struggling to turn a hobby into a business, health concerns, marital problems, parenting issues… The list goes on.  

It’s easy to get caught in the whirlwind of thoughts that keep you feeling anxious and stressed.  Those thoughts steal your energy and focus.  You know how it is…  You had so many plans to work on that project or focus on starting your business.  Or, you planned to do something nice for your spouse or spend time with your kids… Then, the day is over and you don’t know where the time went.  

The great thing, is that even with all the challenging things going on around us, we have the ability to be at peace, to have a clear mind.   We need to be calm and clearheaded, so we can focus on the things that are most important to us, live a contented life and realize our dreams.

I feel so strongly about sharing the secrets on how to  experience peace of mind in the midst of chaos, that I am willing to give my time away to convince you that you can have a better experience of life. 

Coaching can help

Coaching is not therapy, it an honest and direct conversation with someone who wants to see you succeed and wants to support you on your path.  It is not my job to diagnose you or delve into your past.  My job is to help you to get calm and clear your mind so you can take a second look at the challenges you face or the changes you want to make.   

It won’t hurt and it might help

Think of a stick that got stuck in an eddy current along the bank of a river.  All the stick needs is a little push to get it unstuck.  After that, the stick moves back into the current of the river and is free.  That’s the type of coaching I do.  It is not a long-term commitment.  

Change can happen in a single coaching session.  You might think that one coaching session couldn’t possibly help.  Often times, it does take more than one session, but that is not the rule.  I have worked with more than a few clients who had one coaching session with me and were able to get back on track without any more sessions.  The number of Coaching sessions is completely up to you.

The first call is really FREE!  

You will not be asked to sign up for any further sessions.  All I ask is that you show up for our appointment on time and approach our meeting as if you were paying for the session.
