I have found a very simple way to have less struggle and live more effortlessly. I would love to share it with you.
My goal is to help you get off the mental merry-go-round and uncover the wisdom you already possess. Then you will trust your own instincts and ideas about what your next steps should be. It’s like the difference between a computer that is not connected to the Internet (limited resources), and a computer that is connected (unlimited resources).
Coaching Does Not Focus On Your Past
I work with strong, mentally healthy individuals who are feeling stuck, facing a life challenge, starting a business, want to improve a relationship, or just want to feel better about who they are. The coaching process does not involve delving into your past or diagnosing your psychological condition. You are free to discuss your past for context, but our main focus will be on the present and what will enrich your life now.
This is accomplished through conversations. Simple, honest discussions that will help you to navigate the sometimes rough waters of your life with more effectiveness and grace. The understanding I will share with you can be used in your personal life as well as your work life.
The beauty of coaching over therapy, is that change can happen in a short amount of time. I have seen change happen after only one session. That is not the norm, but it happens. A long-term commitment to being coached, is completely up to you.
I would love to have the opportunity to spend a couple of hours with you in a meaningful discussion. We will explore what your current situation is and talk about what you would rather have happen. From there, you can decide if you want to invest in more time with me or not. You will not be asked to sign up for more coaching sessions.
