How Would You Rather Be Living?

Are you living your life the way you want to be living it? If not, what is standing in your way? Sometimes what is standing in our way is the thought that we are not enough.

My goal is to help you get off the mental merry-go-round and reconnect to the wisdom you already possess so you can reinvent yourself and your life.

Too often when trying to resolve life’s challenges, we get stuck using our intellect or listening to negative self-talk. We ignore the intuitive messages that are coming in from sources outside ourselves. We forget that we are enough and worthy of achieving whatever we want to achieve. It’s like the difference between a computer that is not connected to the Internet (limited resources), and a computer that is connected (unlimited resources).

Have you ever had the experience of a solution to a problem coming to you from “out of the blue”? That’s exactly what I am talking about… the unlimited resources available to everyone!

Coaching Can Help You Reinvent Yourself!

I work with individuals who are feeling stuck, facing a life challenge, starting a business, want to improve or leave a relationship, or just want to feel better about who they are. The coaching process does not involve delving into your past or diagnosing your psychological condition. You are free to discuss your past for context, but our main focus will be on the present and what will enrich your life now.

Life Coaching is based on the type of coaching you find in sports and the arts. It is effective because it provides a non-judgmental environment in which the client feels safe exploring the reality of their current life and what they would rather have happening. Transformation is accomplished through conversations between the client and the coach and actions taken by the client between sessions. Sessions are simple, honest discussions that will help you to navigate the sometimes rough waters of your life with more effectiveness and grace. The understanding I will share with you can be used in your personal life as well as your work life.

The beauty is that coaching is not therapy. With coaching, change can happen in a short amount of time.  I have seen change happen after only one session.  That is not the norm, but it happens. No long-term commitment to being coached, is required. However, some people find that coaching is so helpful in their lives, that they often choose to continue after the first agreement has ended.

Let’s Talk!

I would love to have the opportunity to spend some time with you in a meaningful, unhurried discussion. We will explore what your current situation is and talk about what you would rather have happen. From there, you can decide if you want to invest in more time with me or not. You will not be asked to sign up for more coaching sessions. If it is something that appeals to you, I am certain that you will let me know.
